Very good work Jason. I can't believe that you'd do all that for £30. Thats great value!

That looks very nice. What's a stage 1 detail. What's involved?

Hey Paul, a stage 1 detail is (in my opinion) the basic step to maintaining the condition of your car. my process is 1. remove mats and throw away rubbish 2. vacuum interior (thoroughly getting to all those awkward places) 3. vacuum mats (normally give them a good brush as well to lift pile) 4. apply a degreaser (citrus/non caustic) to wheel arches, bug splatter and alloys. 5. rinse entire car using no more than 2200psi pressure washer with a flat nozzle spray head. 6. focus on alloys (i use a product specially made for me, an acid replacement cleaner) do not use acids and i try not to use more than soapy water if i dont have to. 7. rinse wheels clean 8. shampoo body (using microfibre mash mits and a 2 bucket method with grit guards) always use a p.h. neutral shampoo. remembering to get those door shuts! 9. rinse (do not let suds dry on car) 10. dry car using microfibre towels (i normally use 6-10 towels to dry 1 car). 11. on the inside using my own formulated multi purpose cleaner clean away foot prints and any soil. 12. dust dashboard and surrounds. 13. clean windows (inside and out) 14. dress the tyres 15. excellence check (just make sure you havent missed anything) this is the minimum detail I do. and i only charge from £30 for this :) I will actually be cleaning this car tomorrow and i have a new camera, i think i will try and record the process for you. If you want any products I can do a very good price for most items and ship. thanks for the encouragement Jason
